New to NoFap, not so new to being addicted to porn

    Hello everyone. I'm a 23 year old guy in a religious school studying to go into ministry. I've been watching porn so long I honestly don't remember when I started but in pretty sure it was when I was 10 or 11. I've tried all sorts of different things to get myself to stop but so far I haven't had any luck. Hopefully this will be different. I'm tired of porn ruining my life.

    Right now I'm just trying to avoid triggers and resist urges. I'm going to make a journal post and I got several quick fixes from the Ebola to help fight urges.
