21 Days of NoFap

    Hello Fapstronauts, I'm a 21 year old male UK student who tomorrow will mark exactly 3 weeks since my start of NoFap. My main reasons for doing this is to achieve new hair growth (thinning a bit on my left temple, mild MPB), increasing female attraction, get an edge in my boxing training (Muhammad Ali and other sporting greats have done this) and to finally restore the zest of life I once had years ago during secondary school prior to porn and masturbating, where I also felt more smarter. I'm convinced that PMO is the answer to most of my problems, adamant that I'll never go back again. I train 6 days a week, one day would be a boxing session and then a personal cardio session every other day. I will take up meditation after reading up on its benefits, whilst incorporating cold showers for recovery after my training sessions. Currently trying to cut carbs from my diet and follow a keto diet during my intermittent fasts to boost fat burning (73kg, aim is to be 65-67kg in 3 months). I try to read when I can in the evenings before sleep. Here's to a new life people!

    Reading, cold showers, meditation, healthy eating, exercise, going out with friends. Do you recommend any other activities I should take up to assist my recovery?
