Just started today!

Hello all! My name is Josh.
I've been addicted to porn from the age of 8 years old when I found my dad's porn magazines. There have been seasons of sobriety but overall not much success when it comes to abstaining from porn. I've been married for 8 years which is why I'm choosing porn and personal masturbation, as I believe in this time of rebooting as you say having only those desires fulfilled by my wife would rekindle a passion for her and her alone. I found out about NoFap on Reddit, which ironically is often where I run to to find porn. I'm very much looking forward to becoming part of this community and thanks for the future encouragement!

 

Well, to be honest I'm not really sure where to start. Pornography has been such a never ending presence in my life. I will say that my smart phone has been quite the easy portal to porn and my first baby step I guess is to simply put my phone away. Find a spot in my house where I can put my charger and keep it there until it's called or texted. I certainly don't need it on me at all times, but it is.
