    Exactly 1 year ago i started my 113 day reboot. And started working out. I have officially 1 year without porn. Looking back i should've have 1 year NO PMO if i continued my 113 day reboot.. But you know what, I honestly thought it is better that i relapsed from the 113 day reboot. I did see and used a lot of P subs, And some hot videos on youtube but I never saw a naked woman on a screen the past year. For some reason for the first time the past 8 months im getting urges to watch porn..
