    It's my first day here and i already have 3 days of no PMO. Ready to start a 6 month process. I never want to fap again, but i keep thinking about it. I wanna be free of this thoughts.

    It was just one day that i went without porn and masturbation. iam feeling guilty i saw it today and masturbated its like it build upto a point where it forces me to watch it. can anyone pls give me some tips of wat i do when it becomes uncontrollable and i also noticed that whenver i see any women swimsuit or in some romantic scene on movies or on insta i just sets off the chain of events in motion. :(

    It sounds like you know things that lead to you to relapse which is a great start! I would say that now that you know what may cause you to relapse to keep them in mind,and when you start to think of the chain try to stop the train of thought with a different thing to think about and focus on. You may also want to find a good habit to do when this happens.

    last day I had urges like that my brain was exploding and only thing that I wanted was to watch poon and do sexual activities,
    I came here and made a post and say my feeling and what my mind told me to do
    The I went to https://emergency.nofap.com/ and ...( I think everybody know how work with it ) it was really great to mean then I went out to a religious place and made a phone call to my friend and talk to him and then went to a club that is for sharing way of having useful life , (all of them took 2 hours ) after that I felt great and had no urges anymore
    this was my last day experience that I had a lot of pressurs

    I relapsed last night.it didn't last long, but I won't be able to say I made it the whole month of April. I am gonna try for the rest of the month. Sorry.

    I'm approaching 4 weeks on Wednesday, which will be a record for me. Last weekend was an intense struggle with strong urges almost every hour. But life has been improving so much for me: I don't hate myself or feel hopeless anymore, I'm eating healthier, I'm exercising, I'm becoming more outgoing, and I'm strengthening my existing friendships.

    Though I am happy about gains I have made in the recent past, one 40 day streak another 60 streak... starting over and seeing single digits suck lol
