Wow. I remember a few years ago, there was a serial killer killing prostitutes in Philadelphia. I kept up with the news. Finally they caught him.

Typically, serial killers don't travel far and stay within the same regional area. This makes it easier for them to get caught.

Killers these days just don't know how to quit.

I Live in Erie County, where authorities received a 'ping' from this monster's celly. I thinky county is one state away from the ping but still this situation is Erie as fuck.
