Relapsed yet again..feeling pretty bad. But I won't give up! Starting another 1 month challenge and resetting the counter!!

This time, Im gonna pretend/believe like sex doesn't even exist!!

OK HERE WE GOO! I relapsed about 30 minutes ago but I'm back! Stronger than ever! I really do believe that this is my 90 day streak... I have learnt from my mistakes and it's time to take off for once and for all

Chaser effect relapse. Gonna reset the counter. Im not giving up. Im done with this. The chaser effect PMO feels horrible. I had to take kind of a bath to feel a bit better.

Ok look, I know I have been having a lot of relapses lately. But I AM serious about this stuff. I am not able to control the urges yet, and thats totally my fault. But that does not mean that I am not serious about NoFap. I am dead serious and I WILL reboot. Ok, resetting my counter. This is gonna be the last time I have to reset my counter. Believe it!!

 

I'm still trying this. but it's so hard. will it get easier after one week?

 

For me it really got noticeably easier when i hit the 3rd week mark. From then on the urges weren't overwhelming. Almost coming to 5 weeks now for me. Keep going at it I'm sure you will find it getting easier eventually don't give up!

 

Based on my experience, I think it gets easier when you start noticing positive change in yourself.. Keep on going!

Day 9, this is fucking easy and not a challenge at all after seeing peoples videos about their benefits about NoFap, I also feel clear benefits only after 9 days! Much better energy, confidence and much lesser anxiety!

To me: just 87more days....

 

90 days, big challenge for the first attempt. Especially considering how much trouble I had with it 2 years ago. Screw it, I'm in!
