    Hi there fellow fapstronauts!

At first I would like to thank everybody on this website! I am very happy that I was told about this and really appriciate the effort people put in this for each other. You all rock!

I have been watching porn on a sustained daily basis for as long as I can remember , most of the years not knowing the downside of this. I am 21 at the moment and two years ago I got into doing self development work.

Now this is getting more serious I need to start a fight against some of my biggest problems that keep me from growth as well as fulfillmend. This is by far not my first attempt to quit on P&M but with the help of Nofap I feel my spirit has lifted!

Also this goes along with a stop on the use of weed and alcohol. I have been smoking weed for atleast six years now and for drinking about the same. This last year I got a fairly good grip on these thanks to traveling.

With the help of my new habits I hope to succeed!
    Besides my full-time job:
    - 30 min meditation (as I have been doing for a personal record of two months now in a row)
    - Jogging in the morning. the distance does not really bother me.
    - Cold showers!
    - No more time on the PC without pre-considered meaning of use. ofcourse no P... this is to keep me from beeing bored and surfing the internet. (facebook and youtube often lead to more)

I will keep Updates! Tips, critics, support and questions are always welcome!

    ONE LOVE

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Thank you so much for the reply!

Indeed it is nice to see that there are so many people dealing with this kind of anxiety. Before I never really knew it was this big of a problem.

Also thank you very much for the recommendation! I have been watching a little bit and it seems really promissing! It seems that I have a lot to work from now on...

I just want to know (since I like to move around all the time), how does meditaton work?

I wish you all the best as well.

Meditation is a very broad concept. For me It always boils down to finding/creating peace, awarness and consiousness inside myself. But this could be different for anybody. (Going into nature or doing sports can be considered meditation as well.) The youtube channel I recommended has everything from meditation for beginners to high end meditation for enlightment seekers.

    Goodluck!

    UPDATE:

Had a relapse after 2 days. Simply lost the mind game to myself. The relapse felt down and tired after. It was just the normal home coming ritual as I always do, this is a reminder that new habits are essential!

Today I kinda had a relapse again, I only browsed P. And when I almost convinced myself to go on I suddenly was got my shit together and stopped. it felt incredible! As if I gained a super power. Never in my life did I succeed to stop myself after the moment I started browsing, so I guess it is a victory.

Let's hope I will be strong enough to continue! :)
