It doesn't count as a loss. Wet dreams are natural. Keep going!

This day started for me also with a bad dream and after I woke up I want to fap, and almost start, but could take the control of it and STOP. Thanks God, but it was close...:(

Day 5 started. Pretty sure I briefly touched myself during the first hazy moments of waking, but then my mind cleared/kicked in and I promptly stopped. So I'll count this as another successful morning. And a particularly physically frustrating morning, too.

Stay strong everyone! Don't give up!

I must tell you man i think its not about the challenge if you win or not. Its about ourselves. We must put a stop to this so that our sexual health will improve. After rebooting we all will be excellent at sex. So I tell everybody to take control of this for only 90 days and i'm sure we all will be prefect at sex :)

Fixating on how much time passed isn't the way. There was only one guy in last few pages that has over a week on his counter and probably he does not follow the thread and don't fixate on that.Just allow the time to pass by.You are not a clock. This month is almost over you should have at least two weeks by the end of it but only if you focus on something else but not time!Stay strong!

It seems like mornings are the worst times, probably because of sex dreams, whether vivid or forgotten.

I think the problem I have guys is I'm always sitting here clicking on the emergency button looking at motivation quotes and looking at my counter instead of doing my daily tasks so I'm not being productive which is probably why I'm relapsing. Need to start getting more stuff done, that's the whole point of NoFap or I won't really see any benefit so I'm gonna start going to the library at uni to get my coursework done then I can avoid relapsing again.

Well by keeping yourself occupied helps a lot because the urges don't strike you.Everyone of us here has different ways of dealing with the urges if you feel like being productive helps then there you go.
The main thing is replacing the bad habit of PMO with something else, something healthier

You have to ignore that little voice inside of your head that says it is OK to give in to PMO because it is trying to trick you so be careful. Many times it will tell you to do things that will lead you away from your path

Everyone of us have different ways of handling the urges but I think that the thing that works on most people is keeping yourself occupied so that you do not think about PMO

The more you sit down and think about it the more you're prone to relapsing. Just live your life and combat the urges when they cum.

    pun intended :'D

Don't worry bro, it ain't no competition. It's just about all of us improving ourselves really, at the end of the day the days don't count. Only thing that does is beating the addiction.

For some, 90 days will be long enough to see change, for others, it may take longer. Focus more on your PMO sobriety and less on sex. Becoming sober and maintaining sobriety is challenging enough on its own.
