day 1: a new sunrise

hello there yo fellow fapstronauts.
I watched porn and masturbated last night and felt like shit like i always do.
what I did out of the box was that I looked for the harmful effects of masturbating too often on Google. and I found 33 reasons why I should stop PM right away on a website
in the end of the page was a video in which that guy mentioned Nofap and made my day.
now I am giving up that state of constant helplessness.
and I am looking up to the positive side of life.
