You're absolutely right... have healed much in life by moving through it, this just need maximum love and accepting patience with myself as I move through... and yes the after effects now are worse than the discomfort and perhaps that's a good thing. Have slept more than I have in weeks last night. My goal is to live this day as this day, and keep off phone and computer esp when the little voice comes in. Peace my friend.

we are together in this, i will pray for you. it is hard, but not impossible. when i was 19, i lived 4 years with out of any kind of sex. i am new here. remember, you are not alone, we are with you, there is nothing we can do to be far away from GOD.
