NoFap's Official No Jerk July 2014 Signups

Okay. Going for the challenge through July. No P, no M... I don't care about O. O would be a wet dream and haven't had one of those since... well, a long time. It would almost be welcome. Or some legitimate sex with someone other than myself. That would be worth celebration! But will be proud and content with making it through July, which, added to the days in June, would make about 42 days. Great start. Doing it for my own mental, physical and spiritual well being and that of my fellow creatures. May this be a permanent change.

 

No Jerk July is doubly awesome for me. 7/1/14 is the day I chose to join this site and due serious battle on my own. Finding out about this "event" is even more motivation. The fight is on!

Yay for a new month! Always feels like a new beginning. I like turning over the wall calendar and seeing those fresh days without any Xs or Os. I put and X through the days I stayed strong, and and O through a day I slip up... So here's to 30 straight Xs!

 

I'm in, but need to setup a counter. Tired if feeling anxious/awkward. I would love to feel comfortable with those close to me again.

 

I made it through June! Many tough urges that I had to resist and overcome. It's hard to believe I've made it this far... It seems like ancient history since the last time I watched p or m.
I also feel like I'm a seasoned veteran here w my streak. To everyone in this challenge... Take. It. Seriously. Yeah you are amped up now. But in a couple of days your urges to fap to some p is going to be unbearable, just think about the hundreds of guys on here committed to no pmo this month too and are going thru the same thing.
I'm shooting for 90 days but it's 1 day at a time. Here's to another month!

 

This is my first post and am going all in with hard mode for July. Last PMO was 5 days ago on June 26 so have a slight head start but want to rid my life of pornography and masturbation. I have a wife and kids and am going hard mode so I can learn to please my wife and be intimate with her in ways that does not involve sex. I have been one sided in my pleasure with her and need to learn how to be the pleaser. After July I will engage in sex again but need to have this sexual fast to be a better husband and father. At times that I am tempted to view pornography or masturbate I will instead do an extra workout, spend more time with the kids, and kiss my wife and tell her how thankful and blessed I am to have her in my life.

I am in, for July. I'll be doing hard mode. I have made it to 2-3 weeks in the past and I would like to get to 30 days and let's see where it goes from there. I have been off porn for just over 60 days but have struggled with fapping. It has become significantly less now that I'm not looking at so much porn, but I feel I'm still using it to avoid dealing with feelings/stress. I last MO on June 18th, so I have a little head start...

Personally I'd like to see myself even go for 1-2 weeks w/o P or M because that would already be super nice. But, I didn't really see a thread for a shorter one, so I'm gonna just try my best here.
