Incorrect Use of Sexual Energy

When men abstain from ejaculation, sexual energy starts to build up.
This sexual energy can be used for benefits.

That energy rewards you with the mental or physical strength to help you being more productive.

What some do is, after doing NoFap and having acquired some sexual energy, they use that sexual energy to watch more videos, more NoFap stories, more useless or unproductive things. Deep in your heart, you know that these things are not helping you in your life and because of that - you don't really feel the benefits of NoFap and that causes some to relapse.

The goal should be to use that new sexual energy which you sustain daily by not ejaculation, to do good, fun, beneficial and productive things.

Start writing, start exercising, start running, start reading self-help book, start studying, etc.

Forget flatline, etc. Don't focus on these things. Start living and become better man than you were yesterday.

 

Indeed, that's true. Men are producers and a man's status and respect is determined by the amount of his productivity.

No one disrespects an honest and hardworking man.

 

Unfortunately, the women do not benefit from abstaining from having sexual relations and they, by nature, cannot produce sperm.

The sexual energy is related to semen & testosterone.

Testosterone is produced on a daily basis, in the testicles of men.

And since women's bodies do not produce sperm, the amount of testosterone is tenfold or even more less than of a man.

The truth is, men were designed, by nature, to be providers - this requires the mental and physical strength and women are designed, by nature, to be caregivers or caretakers, which is why women are more emotional than men and make judgments and conclusion mostly from an emotional standpoint. The men make judgments and conclusions from logical standpoint. This is de biological difference between man and woman.

Behind every successful man, there is a great woman.

Woman are the supporters of men.

 

Women desire emotional bond with man.

A woman feels fulfilled when their partner shows them affection and love. And men feel fullfilled when their woman shows them respect. This is show relationship works.

I am by no means encouraging sexual promiscuity, as this has negative psychological effects on both men and women.

I've read an article about this topic and the researchers concluded that sexually promiscuous women tend to have higher levels of depression. It is because woman want to bond with one man, by nature. Women are not designed to be sexually promiscuous.

The research also showed that sexually promiscuous women had reduced chance of forming long-term relationships and increased chance of divorce, etc.

This a long topic, I've only pointed out few things.
