How does this group work? I don't see any explanation in the OP and if there is a counter with everyone's days on the same page. I joined the *** which seemed like a similar idea but that group is no more.

Definitely interested in going 90 days, much longer, but 90 days is the first step.

First night (yesterday) was hard without the porn... it's such a habit and have been for years, was just laying there in bed wondering what to do, and than i realised i could just go to bed / fall asleap without 1-2 faps...

Today i havent watched any porn neither, but i did have 'casual sex' with randoms, just a bit blow, and no orgasm, but i think i shall abstain completely, i wasn't even turned on. And i think it will help me focus better on other aspects of life, so i deleted all 'chat-apps' for random hook ups etc...
