Hello everyone.. During last month i masturbate only once and without porn. But what can be considered porn? Only videos and images? Because for me is very exciting to hear female's audio orgasms while i masturbate... Is this bad?

Normally no, but for your brain it is porn.

porn is ANYTHING artificial that sexually excites you

  4. I am certain it is under the porn related category and it is not a good idea to go down that route

  5. It's not porn, but it's definitely something you should avoid at all costs. Avoid listening to those, reading sex stories, browsing for pictures of girls in underwear or bikinis, and anything that could potentially arouse you and lead to relapse.

This. If it sexually stimulates you, it doesn't matter what it is, it will affect you in the same way that porn does. it opens up you brain receptors and dopamine flows like a river.

I stopped watching porn months ago and I still stumble with MO. The reason is primarily because my mind has been so tainted with years of watching porn, so my mind replays things I've seen in the past. Also, there are things that aren't officially called porn, but your brain will react to those things in the same way. I went to an art museum last month and it was nothing but trouble for me. I don't care what people say about artistic nudity - my mind isn't mature enough to handle it. Maybe it will be some day, but not now. Now, I have to be very careful about triggers because they can come from anywhere. I didn't used to get triggered by innocuous things like paintings and anatomy diagrams because my mind was getting a much stronger fix from porn. Now that I don't watch porn, my brain reacts to things when I least expect it.

And it's Just. Not. Worth it. It's the same calculation error you always made watching porn "this fleeting physical pleasure (even if it were as good as I'm imagining before it happens and disappoints me) is good enough to endure its consequences." And it just isn't. It JUST ISN'T!
