Is it a bad sign that i am not getting urges after 6 days PMO free??

This experience is different for everyone, but, to me for example, I stopped having withdrawal/urges after day 7. It means I was not engaging any triggers, and kept my mind clear all day of dirty thoughts. I do now and then get a moment where I'm lost in my imagination but, it's come to a point where even if I get turned on, I don't have that impulse to masturbate like I did before. Now I just get turned on and enjoy it while it lasts, it's not a torture anymore, it's just me feeling hot for a few minutes lol

 

be care of the common impulse to 'fear' you're losing your sex drive and then convince yourself you have to masturbate to 'make sure everything works'.

More likely you have cut yourself from your triggers.

To answer your initial question, yes, it's normal for Mr. Happy to take a nap for a time once you initially break free. There's plenty of talk about it on the site, often referred to as flat lining. it passes, and when is different for every body and every brain, but it's a sign of healing and thus ultimately a good thing.

 

Everyone is different. Each has different circumstances, routines, schedules, motivations, triggers, etc . As any addiction, you need to take it one day at the time. I personally think being porn free is a marathon, not a 100m race. Good luck!!
