    I've been trying to long to quit but I just can't. Things need to change.

    Believe in yourself!

    The best way that I have found to quit is to believe in yourself. In the past I had the same mindset as you, wanting to quit super bad but not thinking it was physically possible and that mindset has not gotten me anywhere. The way that I have had the most success is when I know that I can get through it and every time I start to want to mess up I remember how badly I want to get over it and believe in myself that I can get over it and that helps me a ton. Just remember to have hope and believe in yourself!
