    welp,time to introduce myself ,anyways i am currently 14 year old and decided to come here after seeing some posts that it's good to get started at this age,anyways my main reason was of course to stop my fapping and what's special ,i don't really fap to porn but i fap to hentai(anime porn),yeah sounds lame but ever since i was a kid i keep watching it and now i am a teenager so my hormones are kinda attracted to 2d rather than 3d girls.Well this is it for now,any longer will have to go to the journal lists i guess? So nice to meet you guys.

    I'm glad that you decided to join this community and seek help. It's really good that you've realised the danger of pornography at such a young age.     Welcome to NoFap!
    Nice to see that you've realized the dangers of porn addiction at such a young age. Maybe now, you can use the time for more healthy things like sports, studying, planning on a good college to attend and whatnot.
    For sports, I would recommend bowling, it's a great sport and relatively cheap to do, and some bowling alleys have weekly junior(under 18) leagues to join. I think it would be very helpful to seek something like that out, and could open the door to new friendships as well.

    At any rate, best of luck to you on your nofap journey.

    yeah,i've also been planning to improve my skills at basketball and at playing violin which is very hard,hopefully i can avoid being caught again or much better to avoid masturbating.

    One other activity you could do with your friends is join a bowling league. It's not too expensive, it's fun and friendly activity you can do and will perhaps open the door to new friendships as well. Just an idea, :). Musical instruments sounds like a great activity to try! I think you're on the right track, stay proactive and stay positive, you got this!

    I think basketball is fine,there isn't much bowling areas around my place and i don't think i know some friends that likes bowling,well i am gonna try to do as much as things i can to avoid fapping.

    If i can't avoid it.i am planning to first fap without images/sound and try not to imagine that way i can get used to fap without porn and when the day comes,i think i am gonna be able to stop it,its easy for me to say but i really need to focus on other activites.

    Very thanks for the tips,i have never thought PMO was an enemy at first,even now i still doubt it but sooner or later i think i will be able to do the tips you gave to me,so that i can save myself (for now) from getting caught again.
