    I am glad to have found nofap. The late night solitary wanks to porn have been crushing my soul. Rub, release, guilt, repeat. I want to be free of this cycle and need brothers I can be open with about it. Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for the replies brothers. I am starting my battle by avoiding the internet (except this site) as much as possible. Porn is too accessible on the web. Baby steps guys!

    I too know that detrimental cycle all too well. It's a hard thing to give up, but I think it will prove to be the right choice.
