    I'm sure for some people it can and will. Me personally no as I have DE or delayed ejaculation but it has definitely helped me in that regard as I used to not finish at all during sex and in the two times in the past month of abstaining from PMO with a couple MO relapses with no P it has taken me 25 minutes to O with a girl
