I can imagine it's rough. But you made it that far. Therefore, you can make it that far again.

If you've done 87 days, 90 will now be easy.
Your counter may say zero, but you have some great experience under your belt. I don't know why you stumbled, but I'm confident that you have learned some methods to help you secceed and trust you have now learned from this mistake.
Hope to see you fly past 90 days in August, and a second 90 in November.

So what? Start new with a new attitude everything will be fine.
Just dont binge fap now, let it go and heal from now on. Life is too short to mourn and cry , move on.
You will heal for sure , all the progress you have made is not lost, Just be strong now.

Dont be discouraged. I had over a year and blew it. It takes time for our minds to heal.

It's very hard to control ourselves,
The urges and the P M are so powerful that no matter how long you've avoided it once you do it you'd again and again want to do it.

What you did was wrong but there is nothing more you can do about it now so my advice is start anew. You have learned a lot in these days so all you need to do is apply the things you learned.Do not let all this experience go to waste
