Got 1 day going for me ... I did something else all day so it wasnt that difficult

Day 5 and going. For some reason i don't know, i'm doing well, there are some litle urges in the day but nothing hard, i'm puting all my concetration in work and doing the basic stuff.

I just joined two minutes ago. I have needed this change for 20 years. Unfortunately had first date with interested woman yesterday. Guess I'll just have to ask for her support and see if she sticks around.

 

I'm in. I almost got 7 days but since this is my first day on the forum I'll start off fresh. You guys can do this. It's been almost impossible for me to even go 3-4 days without giving in. But something's changed and this is it. Now with the support of this community and my recent setback of ED with really hot girl I am determined to follow through with abstinence. No more porn. We don't need it guys. And I am hopeful we can all make progress even if there are slip ups. Just keep going. I'm in for 21days

2nd day done , thanks for all the support I had a 28 days streak at september but since then i stopped trying to come clean so I joined to get motivated to try again and you guys have already helped a ton

 

Oh man, put your head up and go on, learn with this mistake and try not do the same next time. I'm in day 6 and having a lot of urges today and i'm trying to stay calm and focuse in study, it is hard but is possible, i know it can be done. Move on.
