How to Relax

  1. The last two weeks, i was feeling so down and stressed alot cuz of school & exams..
    I dont Know how to relax from all this stress..

    Please share Here how do you relax when you are stressed to feel better..

    I like flying kites! Maybe try something new like that? Don't stress, try something new bud.

    I Know the state of being stressed out and not seeing the end of it. Have you tried meditating? If not you might try it. What also helps me is to write down the things that bother me. You don't need to write a book, just write what comes to your mind. Things that bother you etc. When you did this go out, take a walk, drink a coffee somewhere or just do something that draws you away from stressfull thoughts.

    Meditation & Exercise, I'f I skip em once I feel so much anxiety the next day.

    I would either exercise or meditate, and since I am an artist I usually would draw something to keep my mind off of the stress.
