How are you doing? Congratulations on all the help you are giving throughout the forum threads!!

I already managed to stay away months and months from porn, but on this last two years I've been falling more frequently, lots of stress at work and also a colder relationship with God. I'm 33yo, married for 3 years. On my teenage years I did a lot of PMO and became addicted to it. Later on after I became a disciple of Christ I abandoned these things, put months later, at a much lower rate, here and there, I started to relapse. On this last semester I relapsed like 10 or 12 times.

Regarding strategies, having a real person AP was always on of the best ones for me.
