    Nofap is fantastic and just 11 days in I am feeling great. Motivation from Nofap has forced me to get out there and go meet girls and now I have started to date a girl. My question is if I have sex with her I am more than likely going to cum really quickly due to not masturbating. Have any of you got any tips to help with this? I believe Nofap is fantastic and is so beneficial but this would be very embarrassing if it happened.

    That my friend is good, but I don't know how to exactly work out the Kegel muscles. It seems confusing to me.

    Its the easiest muscle exercise out there, just read one article about it and will know everything
