Day 1 for me. I have to accept that seeing nude women on my phone our computer will trigger me to fap. I want a real girlfriend or wife so no more pmo for me.

 

Seven days in. First serious temptation in the early hours - bit of edging but no P or O and so after some soul-searching decided not reset clock.

Day twelve completed. Almost two weeks done.

 

Dam relapsed

 

Almost 3 weeks here. Still having trouble falling asleep.

 

Relapsed here on Day 13. Had a guy reverse into my car today and as well as being soo tired today, it kinda weakened my defenses. So now I need to find another way of dealing with that

Hi guys, I have been away busy with school and everything, but has not been been able to go more than a week. But before I used to FAP almost daily, thanks to NoFap it's reduced to once a week or so. So am back and this time to do better hopefully.

 

Day 8. Suddenly it feels a bit easier, flatline usually takes a bit longer but, hell, I'm not complaining - and not about to remotely get complacent, either

Damn...her call made me relapse yesterday, Sunday. I was supposed to have stopped that urges.
Picking up her call wasn't the best thing to do
But good DAT I told her I don't want to be discussing with her any longer
