How to not relapse when you are alone on Friday night?

    Wake up at 7:00 AM. Go to office at around 9:00 AM after breakfast. Come back at around 8:30 PM. Go to GYM. Eat. Sleep. MON - THU

    FRI - Come back home at around 7:30 PM. Go to gym. Don't see any girl in the gym. Workout. Eat. Feel Lonely. Either sleep or watch porn due to depression, loneliness etc. Being single at 27 is difficult.
    Sat-SUn - Cook some meat, Go to gym, Wash clothes etc. Feel lonely inside a room. If not PMOed on friday then relapse on Sat or Sun.

    What do you do between 7-9am. And do you have any self-care activities you practice? Aside from they gym.

    Get ready for the office. brushing, shitting, bath, breakfast etc... Other than gym...not much comes under self care activities for me. I keep my body clean, maintain hygiene..Once in a month go do shopping with a friend.

    It would be nice if you share your routine

    1) I am having a small house party with a couple of friends. By the way tomorrow is my interview.
    2) The chaser effect seems to have started. I slept for 2 hours and all porn scenes were running as a flashback.

    Day 12 - I had a wet dream last night. I was Triple H and stephanie wanted to give me a ****..well I resisted saying I am on hard mode but gave up at last. I finally wet my pants only to realize its real.
    Should I reset my counter? I think this is part of chaser effect. I didn't touched my toy and just watched an MMA fighting on youtube before sleeping.
    By the way I'm feeling quite relaxed now, just like you feel relaxed after vomit when you are sick.

    Day 15 and I feel the urge to do it. I have a theory. If I do it once in 15 days, that means twice in a month, which means only 24 times in a year? I don't think that makes you addicted. What do you say ?

    I have a 30 day target in my mind and as I am reaching closer to it the urge is getting stronger than ever.
    Anyways, I am booked for next 2 weekends. Going on a team outing this weekend and next weekend I am thinking to visit Goa.
