I have noticed that I usually get a really big urge every monday. If I resist it I can expect a wet dream to occur max 2 days after.

I used to try to quit PMO before and usually failed on Mondays so my guess my organism is still used to that old 7 day cycle. Might be similar situation for you.

Wet dreams is a natural thing though, every male generates sperm 24/7 but we can "store" only a limited amount of it. They are used to get rid of "old" sperm to make room for new.
In time your body will get used to reduced times of ejaculation and wet dreams should be less frequent.

It doesn't affect the quality of sperm in any way so don't worry if you plan to have kids in future :)

I personally don't believe that "testosterone spikes" can even be a noticeable change in libido. There is a difference in talking about 20 MG of testosterone production which might be like a 50% increase... that's nearly nothing. Especially when you consider a mild dose of testosterone [steroids] is 500-600mg / week. That is 10X your production rate. That would definitely promote a growth in sexual activity. That's just mild too, some people easily will go up to 2,000 mg / week.

I've never had a wet dream before and I was expecting it to happen by now in this challenge but still nothing (day 13 when written).

All dreams are related with the stuff you are doing through the day, not exactly related to testosterone spike IMO.
