Nofap on hair loss?

    I read on the net that nofap promotes hair growth and strength. Is there anyone who actually experienced improvement in their hair pattern , strength etc.?

    I have a bit, I'm on day 28 or something. My hair was thinning out, but now when I run my hands through it barely any hair comes out. IDK I think I need to wait maybe 2 more months to give you a full observation.

    Food for thought. Medicines for male-pattern hair loss and enlarged prostate in many cases lowers libido and causes erectile dysfunction. Maybe that even results in NoFap. The end result is guys seeing improved and denser hair pattern.

    I hope so. I'm lacking the body hair I should have and I am getting a bald spot. Could just be natural aging.
