How to regain testosterone?

    Anybody have any advice on this topic? I feel like have this undiscovered T I have to release but don't know how to. On day 25 today :)

    Young Thai coconuts. Drink the water and the jelly/meat. Eggs. Sleep.
     
  3. Don't fap. It's simple. That's the main thing. If you sleep well, eat well and do excercise, it's a bonus.

    Nofap is absolutely the biggest reason. Other helpful things are to eat more spicy food (chili), D-vitamine, zinc, eggs (cholesterol), drink more water and to do at least 3 hard workouts in a week. Also losing fat can seriously increase T levels. And of course reducing stress too.
