Finally made it to day 5, I feel quite happy to be honest, I don't think i ever passed day 5 before

 

My Personal Challenge:

3 days
- journalling on every day (offline diary)
-without fapping
- without watching TV
- without doing stuff on the internet that I don't stay accountable for by writing it down in my diary (=only planned internet-activities)

starting NOW.

 

Day 3 - the first days for me are the worse. Keeping strong.

Day 1
Relapsed after 27 days....Mixed feeling...Feeling good that i went to 27 days and bad that i relapsed and could not carry on my streak...

I've relapsed today (twice) so I'm starting the journey again.

 

Im staring again. but instead of this being a moment of "Uhgg I suck im only on day 0" its a "hey at least your trying agian!" let get this!

 

Although i have masturbated three times, but i'll still keep going, eventually i'll do it! I know i can and we all can! Here we go again, i have just relapsed after 10 days, and now i have just finished my first two days! So here i go, 5 days. Count me in!
