Rounding the corner on day 11. Now I'm noticing urges stemming from any bad feelings I have toward other people. Apparently PMO is how I would deal with this in the past, but I need to find another way to get over these negative emotions. What do other people do when they feel they have been wronged, even in a small way. Like how have I never learned to actually deal with this in a healthy way?

 

I am also in folks. I want to get rid of this. Wish me luck...

That happens to me also.. I failed a test in university and I just was so stressed the first thing that came to mind was pornography.. I think because instead of facing the reality of lifes challenges I used porn as a way of running away from those challenges, so I was practically lying to myself. Stay strong and goodluck on making it to day 30

 

Count me int on the 30 day challenge. Its day 3 and I have intense urges, I hope that I can make it to day 4 in one piece.

 

Today is my 15 th day...upto day 7 th sexal desire was uncontrollable.. From the 8th things became normal...reached the 15 th day ,eagerly waiting for a wet dream....will continue ...it feels so good to be in this NoFap community...

 

Day 11

I forgot I was even doing this. Things were a little difficult at one point yesterday when I stupidly brought my phone with me to the bathroom. I didn't look at P or M but I did think about it a lot.

I really can't break that rule. I'm just thankful it didn't end my streak.

 

Day 4 will be difficult for me. I hope I don't need help from the Panic Button

On day 4 , I struggled super super bad last night. I was so tempted to M but my higher power helped me think about my goals and all the good things to come by making good on them. So happy with my progress. Keep on keepin on fellow fapstronauts!!!
