    Hi all,

    My name is Daniel, I am 33 and for the last 13 years, the porn habit has hurt my personal, marital, occupational and spiritual life, that causes me a feeling of anxiety after doing so, I know that I'm not doing well and this habit makes me waste the time that I have to fulfill my life goals.

    I have a feeling of helplessness and anger, in recent years I have sporadically tried to quit without really wanting it...

    My goal in joining this community is to get over the porn and masturbation addiction for 30 days, I hope I can find some help here....
