Introduction

Today I have decided to stop PMO. For me, today marks a new start in my life, one that is free from all use of porn and masturbation.
I will be a junior in high school this year, but it is currently the summer and school is out, so I have a lot of free time on my hands. I learned of porn at around age 13 and at that time PMOed twice a week. As I got older, I started PMOing more to where I did it once, occasionally twice a day.
I feel as though my porn use has made me physically tired, I'm always out of energy. I also have brain fog and can't remember my schedule for the upcoming week, sometimes all I can think about is getting my next fix of PMO.
My plan to combat PMO is to have no free time on my hands. I want to learn to play drum set and will practice for at least an hour a day. I also want to learn how to play piano, and I want to practice that for at least thirty minutes a day. When I get the urge to PMO, I plan on going on a run/walk to take my mind off of the urge. My first goal is two weeks, which seems like a reasonable amount. I have tried to stop before, my longest streak being 17 days a long time ago. I hope I am able to reach my goal, and that all others are able to reach theirs too.
