Hey. Netspark is a really, really great app that effectively blocks things. Cost a bit unfortunately, but that has been so worth it for me relative to everything I've gained. Just make sure you get your settings tight when you set it up based on what you need - and find someone trustworthy to set up the password.

Somehow i dont feel P blocker is an effective ways, for a long run....for short run maybe

Because as soon as we advanced (more days) its doesnt need any viewimg material to relapse,,, even with ur mind u can relapse

Learn to control yourself and ur mind too bro

I dont use any p blocker on my mobile phone,,,
But if i feel that day is danggerous (stress out, long weekend etc) who ussualy are the condition for me to see that demonic thing's, i disable that apps for a while ( e.g chrome, youtube & instagram) and enable it again if i think it is safe

    Hey.
Completely understand what your saying about a filter not replacing self-control. That's a healthy attitude to have and one should certainly realise that even with a filter, there will always be some way to access porn.
However, I disagree with your point on filters in general. Yes, they are not the 'be-all-and-end-all solution'; however, what they do offer to a person caught in the porn-guilt-repeat cycle is a physical barrier between porn and themselves, some thinking space. So much of this addiction is based on triggers. We tell ourselves time and time again that 'I was weak this time, but next time I'll be stronger'. That's not how addiction works. You're exposed to your triggers (i.e. stressful day at school, alone with laptop) and you lose your rational thinking. There's a reason an addict always falls. What helped me a lot was just having a blocker to break the cycle. A person needs to have humility in this regard and realise his own limitations.

At the point of exposure to porn, or potential exposure, you're running on a porn-loop that's nigh impossible to break consistently. In my opinion, the way to make REAL progress is by acting when you are thinking straight, before the situation arises. That means planning out and preventing trigger situations, proactively changing your lifestyle to rebalance your values in life (although this can be difficult at first since porn often reduces one's drive for things), and above all, just having thay barrier of a filter. Clearly, the self-discipline etc. will have to come as well, and that's not easy - but someone caught in the middle of it isn't up for that. With time, once you regain your conscious self more, you will be able to have methods of avoiding porn at the point of exposure - but there's never harm in having a filter! Yes, one feels indignant at the thought of limitation on the internet, but so much more's at stake here!
    All the best

ah yes and i would like to revise my statement that we didnt have to use the P blocker

so i found that situation when i think the next couple day or hour's i will be relapse. i know i will be lost, it always be like that. im in condition that i cant control that urges... so i instal the k9 blocker (which i know from this NoFap) in my laptop... and for the password i use my future wife name (i really hope and pray that she the one hehe)

so when the urge comes and i start to search that demonic, the k9 works and blocked it,, when i want to unblock it (which need to confirm with password) i couldnt i just couldnt, because i remember her

so use the P blocker, that's good and help our journey

and btw, we have same day's counter haha

Out of curiosity, what operating system do Samsung phones run on? Is it Android?

I ask because I just created a video on how to block 100% of porn on the iPhone/iPad (see signature for the link), but I know there are people who'd like a similar video for Android phones.
