    Hi, I am 19 years old Boy. and i think i have been watching pornography from last 6 years or so i know it's wrong and i know i should stop it but i think its not easy as its said i never told anyone about my addiction cuz i feel like i will be looked down on i never talk to anyone my gf my family my friends no one. plus i feel like i have too many issues in my life just because of this one thing.

    restrain my self. keep myself busy so i wont get any time to let my brian Go in the wrong direction but when am alone i trip i really just wanna stop
