I hadn't had sex for 6 months, since NoFap I have had sex twice, the second was amazing and I'm meeting her after work on Thursday. Met a girl at a festival 2 Saturdays ago, she works near me in the city and we are going for drinks this week, was meant to be Thursday but I'll have to re schedule that.

I am way more proactive when it comes to women now, I'm never going to look at porn again.

 

Thank you for this motivation! I have turned to drugs and alcohol in the past to help my confidence with the ladies and of course all that did was increase my problems 100fold! I'm already noticing improvement on day 8

The principles behind your story lie in the heart of the NoFap in my opinion. Courting women has honestly become a dying art. I went out with some friends last night and looking around, almost everyone was looking down at their phones on Snapchat/instagram/whatever for a good 1/3 of the night. The classic urban renaissance man who can actually have a lasting conversation with friends and strangers alike is pretty rare. I think that giving up PMO definitely contributes to inspiring the type of confidence that is necessary in becoming this type of man, but a lot of practice is also required. Ok guys first of all sorry about my english i am a french speaker. Let me share my experience since i started nofap. actually i am on my 9 day with no PMO. and no sex since 3 years... i see some improvement in my behaviour since i started nofap. i am more confident. today i talk to a girl in a street something i never do because i am a shy guy but i felt so horny when i saw her. i had to talk to her. but unfortunately i get nothing from her (i need also to work on my game lol. but it doesn't matter i am happy because i go through my fears and i talk to her. My speaking is better and i don't hesitate on words now. and my remember is better too. My conversion with girls are also more sexual (in the better way). i am more sociable and i want to hang out every time. its a big step for me because my friends used to call me grand-father. i loved to stay home like a old man lol
Something i did too to is that i quit all dating site and even Facebook. i used to live in a virtual words. Now i feel better. now i don't have choice i have to talk to girl in real life. i dont think it will be a big deal now because i feel so horny. i do PMO since my 12 years old. I am 22 actually. First time in years no PMO. 9 consecutive days!! i can not believe it yet.

Thank you Parvus. I wish you good luck too. Little update about my situation. i am on my 11 day and today i get a number from a girl. Seriously since i am not doing PMO i am more and very motivated to talk to girls now. but i forgot to tell the bad effect. now i have more difficulties to sleep since i am not doing the PMO. i have to walk during 2 hours during night in my neighbourhood to get tired. I want to ask more experimented people in PMO: Will this bad effect pass after?

Whoever thinks no PMO will get u laid or kissed or whatever is plain wrong.
Guys stating they have success now are either lying or have a successfull life and now have the balls to talk to girls.Or just have plain luck.The real man got higher goals than getting laid.

@Philip1990:Brother, people are saying that with no PMO, they have more confidence to talk to girls, which eventually is leading to kissing or getting laid. Not that one commits to NOFAP and after a week finds kissing a girl or in the bed with a girl.
