Hello guys, talking to you from a very moisture and tropical country in the middle of the Americas. Well, I have decided to end my addiction to Porn, after probably maybe like ten years or so, I don´t even know when it got so bad, but I hit rock bottom, and I am happy that I have because it is time to turn the tide of my life.
So hey it´s my first time using this platform after I had subscribed like a month ago, been watching a lot of videos about NoFap and well am ready to give it a go. I´ve done NoFap challenges before like 30 days but my addiction just comes back harder and also becomes harder to stop masturbating. Anyway it's my first time posting anything, I´ll try to reply to anyone so wish me luck and bendiciones to all of you guys

Awesome that you're committing to this! It will change your life for the better...but it won't be easy. Some important steps to get you started:

Find a new hobby to keep you busy. Often the boredom is a huge trigger for a lot of us. The positive productivity from a healthy hobby like exercise, woodworking, or sports gives you momentum to keep you going forward with your recovery too.

Put as many barriers as possible between you and the addiction. If you need to get rid of some phone apps or television shows to do that, then make the choice to do that. If recovery means this much to you, you have to be wiling to do what it takes to beat it.

Find an accountability partner. This is key more than anything else. You have to open up to someone close to you and tell them. Family, friends, or religious officials make great accountability partners and can keep you moving forward.

These are just a few of the choices you need to make if you want to take this seriously and beat this addiction. Make the right choice and keep fighting ;)

Yeah thanks for the tips, I've had to block a bunch of stuff, like you said, putting on barriers, but with my phone constantly in my hand, it's like fuck, am very close to having to delete the apps on the phone, can believe how much stuff is sex related in social media.

I've been feeling like when I quit cigarettes, a bunch of time ago, am getting all these like anxiety attacks, uncontrollable hunger, not being able to concentrate.

I'm debating if I should have sex or not, cause am afraid it's gonna make matters worst. It's not like hey I pick up the phone and be like "want some fuk". Well sort of...
