    Hey guys, I'm on day 11 with no PM O (my longest) and I'm scared I'm about to relapse!

    This is my first real test I think. I'm home alone for the first time since starting this and I've been having crazy urges off and on since last night. I keep having vivid memories of some of my favorite sexual experiences pop in my head.. and whIle I haven't masturbated at all Im having a hard time keeping my hand away from my member.

    please Help guys i've seen so much improvement in my life in the short 11 days I don't want to stop now!!

    Avoid sitting at home on your computer.

    Whenever you get an urge simply leave the house and get some air.

    DO NOT TOUCH THE SAUSAGE.

    Trust me man, when you defeat this urge it's a pretty good feeling haha :)

    Dammit! I messed up. ): startes edging and it turned in to an hour long pmo session. I fell messed up. I feel like shit. I was feeling so good . hope I learn from this

    completely drained, shame guilt. this sucks. instantly I don't want to go out anymore and be a shell of myself inside hiding from the world. I can now dramatically see the difference. let it be motivation.

    Start a journal if you haven't. Update it DAILY. Write down all the good that is coming from no PMO and look back on those great changes when you need extra help staying motivated. It's nice for me personally for instance I have a lot more sex now than I did when I was doing PMO. That's good motivation to stick to the plan. Best of luck!

    thank you friends. I don't keep a journal but think that may be a great idea. I feel a little better now but my social anxiety is completely back. Im just stoked that I may have finally found it's cause after years of trying to fix it.
