Yes, I certainly have seen improvements in a broad variety of areas. Before NoFap, I had streaks of 2 - 3 weeks, but no real noticeable changes.

 

114 days is my longest by far.Before that maybe a month or so.There are improvements of course but don't imagine something super spectacular.You feel better so you act better that is the major improvement of NoFap
