Kegels are the only good option that may help in this regard.

The other methods may cause loss of sensitivity and other problems.

 

@Retentionman your dick is not a muscle, exercises will do nothing long term, you got what you got unless you wanna put it under the knife (surgery).

Mine's almost the same size 14cm when fully erect. I always thought it was small because of porn and some people say around 5 inches is average. But lately I discovered if you're more than 5 inches I think that's big enough.
