    Hello. 23 working gay guy here. I watched a video about these kind of challenge and it made me think a lot. I have a masturbation problem since my high school days but I noticed that it has become more evident. I usually masturbate twice a day, one in the morning during showers and one at night before going to bed. It gets worse during weekends when I masturbate up to 5 times. Somehow I lost confidence about myself, I gained weight and been more prone to sad thoughts these past months. I began to be alarmed when I cannot get an erection if I am not watching porn or any erotic picture. I also noticed that my "junior" is starting to feel numb after doing the thing. I just wanted to get out of this thing and change how I look towards life.

    i faped once even today dude...just now i camt to know about this website and logged in...i have never taken any steps to control it dude...

    how are you dealing with it?

    well I have an unlimited data plan so the first thing I did is that I did not turn it on my phone and I started to have light exercises. soon I must delete my browser history and pictures though it feels like there is still a struggle, I wanted to do it bit by bit and not drastic so that I hope will not be overwhelmed by the challenge.

    lol. i too have an unlimited data plan with 25mbps.
    What are those light exercises? i cant get you.

    i have a lot of acne on my face .i cant concentrate on my works and my body feels tired.i am gonna start this challenge from now onwards.

    I bought a resistance band months ago but haven't used them so I tried using them to stay away from focusing on porn and fantasizing. I use them alternately with brisk walking every morning. Maybe soon if I have bigger confidence I can jog and move to other exercises

    Thanks! Well I haven't thought of a big strategy but as far as I have noticed I get aroused before going to bed or immediately waking up with a morning wood. So what I do is I drink a lot of water the night before and urinate whenever I feel aroused. A funny thing which I have been doing lately is rolling in my bed until I get tired. I do light exercises too and get myself busy with work.

    I have also changed my food, unintentionally, with fish and grains such as oats. I noticed that I feel light and have no more reason to have a "sexy time" because I feel I do still have energy throughout the day.

    i have changed my name.. i dont want my real name to be used here..
    anthony, that is good.. me too i have no plans currently. i am on my holidays and i keep watching movies , tv shows , songs , and workout so that i dont have free time to think about porn.. but when any sexy hot girl comes in the videos..i get aroused.

    I must first preface this my saying I started my sobriety before joining NoFap. I didn't start NoFap until I was about 9 months into my sobriety. Prior to that, it was just me and prayer and a determination to stop. It was difficult at times but unlike many, I recently had restarted again so there was a period of time where I abandoned P and occasionally M'd but it was not a daily ritual from youth with no breaks.
    Even then, it was tough with several setbacks but I was determined and I removed P from myself and stopped M'ing. Once I got on a serious streak (about 3 months),I fell and restarted but then I continued until today.

    Sadly me too. But at least I reached up to a week and for me it is a good start considering how I masturbated everyday then. I'll start again until the days of no PMO get longer and I would not think of PMO anymorr.
