No. it's not worse. Having one relapse doesn't negate 300+ days of nofap. All those days were days he was more fully himself, was kinder and more compassionate to people. I dare say he did good. Nothing can take that away, not even your little petulant remark.

FindingAName, I feel you may want to check why you don't make progress on your own. You're fully convinced that the number is the cure.

You got it so wrong brother. Abstinence, or just saying no, will never affect you or cure you. It's what you do in between that really activates and progresses the change. I've seen quite a few people that think that XYZ days under their belt mean authority, and if you have just X it's not enough. But like @RedPillRebooter will prove, he did not lose anything because I'm sure he did more than just tie his hands over his head to get there. He's humble enough to show he's able to stumble, and I believe he'll get on the same mindset he had when he was surfing through day 309.
