    I just want to say, keep going. The days start to feel a lot shorter once you've broken out of the habitual patterns that trigger you to go down that path.

    4 weeks now. Feeling good about getting to 30 and looking forward to going to 90 next. Thanks guys.

  5. Day 29 done, wow that went quick. Still a long way to go before finish my reboot. I'm going for 90 days so almost 1/3 of the way there.

    Relapsed after 10 days, feeling depressed. It's okay day 1 starts again! will beat this challenge for sure.

    I was edging every damn day for 9 days and I decided no, that's not fair so I decided to give in and start afresh and I relapsed. However I feel demotivated to start again and I feel dead. Please help me :(

    Damn. This is so real for many people. Personally, you need to stop edging, becuase i've found that edging always eventaully leads to relapse somehow. What you should do is FIND whatever it is you enjoy doing/are interested in, and then whenever your mind starts to thinkg about anything that makes you remotely horny divert your attention and focus to this. If you can get to a place where there are other people go there quickly until the feeling subsides. What it comes down to is releasing that it is more to do with your 'brain' and less about 'hormones' . So you have completely control over it if you want it
