New to NoFap...

Hi,

My name is Todd. Like the rest of you, I've come to a point where I'm tired of struggling with sexual purity. I am Christian, so to me it's also a spiritual condition that goes a lot further than just porn and masturbation. However spirituality aside, I know people of many beliefs struggle with porn addiction and it amounts to negative results regardless of our beliefs outside of porn; therefore I'm willing to learn from those that don't share my personal spiritual beliefs as well.

Although I'm not signed up up for the paid app at this point, I am reading a book and following it's techniques called, "Breaking the Cycle" which is helping, and am also listening to and delving into many other tools, videos, and audio to help solidify a healthy sexual outlook and practice in my life.

I am looking forward to this community helping to achieve this over a life-long commitment.
