I plan to go 90 days to restore my sexual function.

The plan is no porn or masturbation. Sex is okay, but that's not likely with no girlfriend and all. Almost two weeks already and going to make July fap free too!

Count me in. I am along in a foreign country now. My wife will be with me in August. So I will be PMO-free in July!

Yeah July! Got a good feeling about this month!

 

On day 8 now and I find it very hard to do. To do a complete month would be neat.

 

You can do it, guy! The first 2 weeks or so are a bit tense -- and often boil down to distracting yourself and "snapping out of it" but then it gets...different! Also, it's not just about what you do not do: it's about the inner change you allow to fill that vacuum with, and how you deal with the feelings that'll likely come up (and that fapping concealed).. in short, it's about change! I just completed my first streak, 75 days, and can say it does get better! Lots of success, guy!

no PM in July!! Bring it!! Just want to say it's difficult in a relationship to do this. I'm not throwing a pity party im just noticing that when I O with my SO its like the next 3 or 4 days after are SUPER DIFFICULT. Temptations up the butt!!!! But just wanted to throw that out there and encourage everyone whether doing all July no-PMO or no-PM. We can do this bring it. It's gonna be awesome
