Sounds like you are on the right track, be proud, that is still progress and you should be proud of yourself for it.
the slower the recovery, the more permanent it will be. (kinda like weight loss!)

education and self honesty are the most powerful tools you can have on this journey.
I am just concerned for people who will use this process to double hijack their brain, by porn, and now by negative affirmations in regards to their sexuality.
hopefully you can see how that would be bad and keep it in mind.
