Relapse after a week

    This is how i feel right now. A week seem to be the best I can do at the moment, looks like it's back to day one for me

    If you wanna be a successful Fapstronaut i can give you a few tips

    First you have to know what brings you back to relapsing and when you relapse
    and then you have to find out what you can do against it

    For me it was like that
    i always fapped at night before sleeping but i always waited to like 23.00 so i knew my family members where sleeping and locked my door
    so i always tried to sleep earlier and let my door wide open and wore some pants over my underwear so i had more layers that i had to pull off
    But i still relapsed a lot since i just fapped on different times and had a way different mindset then now

    really what helped me the most is :
    going to the gym
    This really helped me the most i think letting out the energy getting more muscular and not just chilling every evening at home

    started running
    every sunday i go for a like 2 hour run in the forest
    started going to sleep earlier
    so you have more energy in the morning and are motivated to do things
    started to eating more healthy
    you feel better and well your healthier wich also is a huge plus
    started do shower ice-cold everyday
    will make you harder with everyday and you push yourself to do things even if it makes you uncomftarble helps you to socalies with people specially with girls ( if you have problems doing that)
    Always try do to something
    not sit at home and do nothing get out meet friends meet girls literally anything so you dont have time to think to much dont get me wrong thinking can be good and is good we need to think but we also overthink and on reboot you think about fapping again and boom you relapsed...

    also i remind me always if urges are coming that i make this for a reason and this wanting to relapsing pussy ("my brain") is not me and if i relapse i will regret it hard
    i make this for more then a half a year and every relapse was not worth it not even a little bit !

    This helped ME maybe you need other things but at least try some things a lot people also meditate which is not my thing but maybe its yours but just know just trying to not touch your dick will not be enough to do this


    And now be a man you can do this trust me and if you relapse no problem just start again over and over again keep fighting !

    The gym is something I'm planning on doing but I'm currently being held up by work and other errands.

    I've heard dudes talk about the cold shower thing, that might be a little hardcore for me but when summer comes I might give it a go

    @克雷格 I had the same just today. I'm planning to forget about this slip up and restart my 90 day reboot tomorrow. I suggest focus on that week you were PMO free. It's 1 week that you succeeded. Next it'll be 2 weeks and then 3 and then on and on. Just keep going!
    For cold showers I read that you can start with hot and then go to warm and then end with cold for a few seconds.
    Another tip is doing a regular shower and just putting the cold water between your legs. Not so nice and it'll do the trick. Think of times you went into a cold pool or beach :)

  6. Yeah i tried it back when it was winter that was wayy to hardcore since i was not used to the cold water but in summer its actually refreshing so its easier to start in summer and just keep going in winter since youre more usef to the coldness
