Nope, good so far. Went to the gym, got today off. The urge is in my subconscious but I'm staying aware of it.

Day 35

I'm feeling good about getting through today. I'm a little annoyed about some work stuff but other than that this day is hopeful.

Just posting to be completely honest about my progress. Had some vodka with lemon water last night, was productive (reading, writing goals and philosophy, meditating, making art) but didn't sleep the whole night, eating two lettuce wrapped burgers from Carl's Jr may have also contributed to me not sleeping. So I walked to a distant park this morning and I kept getting the thought to publicly Masterbate, then expose myself to a woman on the street, then was remembering times with a promiscuous lady. It's clear that alchohol brings out perverted thoughts in me and is a risk for relapse. It could be that it's loosening deep rooted desires or it's just degenerating my body and mind, I don't know for sure, but am trying to give the opportunity for reflection and awareness. I'll continue my day abstaining from porn, masterbation and women that don't want an authentic loving relationship.
