    Hey guys. I'm new at the forum and about the idea to out watching p. I saw videos about what its doing to our brain and began to stop. Anyway..im about like 4 weeks or more without PMO and relapsed once..anyway..it seems like i have another addiction..i have a girlfriend and we met at weekends only and because i stopped PMO, i have a huge urge and we having sex multiple times (five times in two days)..i am the only one who sufffer from this kind of addiction? It feels like i can't stop having sex with her all the time as i started nofap..please help

    Yeah pretty normal man I found when I quit I have hyper sexuality I was having sex with the gf I had at the time 3-4 times everyday like it's normal it kinda goes like this

    Hypersexuality--flatline/no libido---healthy normal libido

    It will come and go. When I was in my two week reign over myself not so long ago, I had sex 2 to 3 times a day for 3 days straight. My wife of course no complaints but then bam it went away and I flat lined. Just embrace it and like someone told me here... At least you have someone you love and loves you to have sex with. Some here are alone in this battle ☹️

    Why not complain? Sometimes my girlfriend says that's too much ..anyway im trying to let go of it:)
